Customs Charges
When goods are shipped within the European Union there are no customs charges. Orders placed from outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes, these may be levied once the goods reach your country. For further details on customs charges please consult your own customs authorities, we have no control over these charges and are unable to reimburse any customs costs incurred.
Delivery timescales
All orders are despatched within 5 working days from receipt of order.
No hassle returns
We have a no hassle returns policy. You can return your product within 7 days, please ensure it is unused and in the original packaging. Please obtain a FREE Certificate of Posting from the Post Office as proof of posting. When we get the goods back we will arrange to refund you or send a replacement, whichever you prefer.
International returns
We offer the same no hassle returns policy to all customers. As well as following our standard returns procedure above, we ask customers outside the UK to do the following to help us deal with your returns quickly and efficiently. Please obtain a Customs Information Document (CN22 and/or CN23) and clearly mark RETURNED GOODS – FAILED SALE on the document. If this is not completed the goods could be refused at Customs and returned to sender.

The UV beads do not have a lifetime guarantee, with good care they should cycle back and forth around 50,000 times, however, prolonged exposure to moisture and extreme temperatures can cause damage.
As with all costume jewellery, care should be taken by the wearer to keep the product in good condition. The leather cord will become worn over time but should remain strong and fit for purpose with general use. Water will weaken the leather so please remove bracelets before swimming or showering. Care should also be taken with glass and porcelain beads, they are delicate and can break if dropped or crushed.
Never let babies and children put the products in their mouth, the beads in particular are a choking hazard.
